Technology is a wonderfully common phrase at present, particularly the names hi-technology and hi-tech. Ideas that come to mind especially are the headway in electronics that have made worldly products and gimmicks possible, just like computers the internet and cellphones.
Technology is normally taken as rigidly related to science and engineering. In this mode of thinking, technology is the engagement of science by dint of engineering. What we mean is, scientists make studies to examine the miracles of our world, and it is the duty of engineers to define the devices and the parts with reference to the scientists findings, to control our world for the enjoyment of modern man. Then in 8000 BC, copper in its unchanged form was used for work equipment. The metals like silver and lead had been also used for instruments. Later, bronze and brass, that are compound metals, were manufactured in 4000 BC.Around 1400 BC, iron was employed.
The discovery of the wheel in circa 4000 BC transformed transport. Its usage as windmills and water wheels permitted large-scale incorporation of wind and water systems.
In the modernistic era, utensils have become intricate with the making of gadgets like virtual reality, electric generators and computers. The information required to keep up the level of industrial science and to propel it into the future are as complex as ever. Men have to do special education to be able to define, construct, maintain and use these intricate gadgets. High technology manufacturing means and organizations are critical to construct and look after these systems.
One of the features of modern technology is in the branch of communications. The printing press and the telephone allows everyone to keep in contact without much diffaculty. The expansion of the Internet has made possible rapid communications.
In the area of transport, current cars are wonderfully complicated. Trains propel people and products rapidly. Aeroplanes allow people to go places more easily. Space excursions have endowed man the knowledge of outer space, the stars and even more.
Also, man and society depend on mechanization. Of course it is also true that technology is the servant of the society. Factors of society like organisation, standards, trade and the environment sway knowledge.
